The Flagellant is the next biggest winner since he benefits from both stronger Blight attacks and either receiving or giving more healing. Even the Surgeon path can gain more Blight res piercing from Poison Ring or Corrupting Cleaver. Most trinkets will either increase her healing or increase her Blight's effectiveness.
